Snack mix for autumn, to nibble on while watching old monster flicks and passing out
candy to trick-or-treaters.
2 kinds of candy corn (regular and caramel-flavor,) salted dry-roasted peanuts, and M&Ms. Eaten by the handful, its salty-sweet goodness puts you in mind of a chocolate chip Payday bar, if such a thing existed.
Good with a mug of hot spiced cider and a comfy flannel shirt!

Sounds delicious-- always excepting the flannel shirt, but then again, I've never tasted one, so what do I know?
Ha! Evidence that I've been buying too much Starbux! Their bags of coffee have descriptions like, "Enjoy with a bowl of hot oatmeal and dawn at sea" and "Enjoy with cinnamon-dusted french toast and hanging paper lanterns." I keep looking for, "Enjoy with fried eggs and a hangover," but haven't seen that one yet.
Yes! Yum. Salt. Sugar. Protein. Excessive amounts of chocolate!
Yeah, the flannel, though. Flannel is not tasty, just in case anyone wants to know. (I'm not crazy enough to try to eat it. I just know this from holding too many things made of flannel in my mouth while sewing with both hands.) Also, ixnay on the hanging paper lanterns.
You two crack me up!
