Dennis just assumed that it was a typo, and paid little attention to the warning on the ancient map. His flippant attitude was understandable. He'd never been bitten by a dargon before. If he had, he would have steered clear of the southeastern region of the Thalassian Sea. However, foolhardily, he plunged ahead to see what lay beyond, in the land of "dargons."
He found nothing. Dargons have been extinct since the 15th century.
