A new manucript of the book of Job has been discovered with an extra chapter. In it, God explains to Job that it was all a terrible mistake based on a clerical error. Turns out, it was supposed to be Job Smith!

I recently heard "Eye of the Tiger" played at a ball game. Couldn't help but wonder if they were being ironic. I mean, Rocky lost the fight, didn't he? Are we saying, "Go team, go! Lose anyway!"?

Made me wonder why they made a sequel to that film. "Gee, do ya' think he's gonna lose in this one, too?"

Then again, isn't that the business plan that slasher films like "Halloween" and "Friday The 13th" have been following? The main character is defeated at the end, but he's back in the next movie--to get beat again! Etcetera... Etcetera... Etcetera...
